Castle Street -Great Barrington

These photos feature the exterior of this project. We also did considerable modifications to the inside of the house, including relocating the interior stairs, structural modifications, demolition and preparation for a complete new kitchen and master bath. The owner was a discerning client who knew exactly what she wanted. Her son, Adam Medina who works with us on special projects, did the interior finish details. The porch was only supposed to be repaired but as soon as some of the boards were removed it became apparent, as is so often the case, it was seriously in need of far more than originally intended. We reused the original railings and kept as close as possible to the existing design and feeling in the restoration.
