Deb’s House – Housatonic

Artist Deb Koffman has been through a few designs for her house addition on the hill. Finally she compiled this, complete with a foam core model. Using her sketches and the model we worked closely together and with relatively few changes, (really, its true) we completed her design. The project includes a wrap around porch with 7 skylights, a bedroom/bath suite and entry hall addition. There is also a great hideaway attic complete with stairs down to the guest room door. New entry platforms/decks and stairs to gound all around the house. The grade was changed and new grass planted. There are a couple of things we will return to spring 2006 but we completed the addition and renovation fall 2005. There are many features of the this project that we are proud of and we are all very pleased with how it turned out . Deb is a great client!
