Tanglewood –Shed Façade

Working off-season was a necessity for this project. In the dead of winter we restored the front upper façade and siding of the Koussevitsky Music Shed. We replaced 7,000 Square Foot of Homasote panels and wood trim with Hardi Panel and Hardi trim, Keeping the original color, lines and acoustics and working with rigging company, High Output of Boston we also restored 32 interior acoustic panels hanging in the interior of the auditorium. This project was about logistics, cold, quality control, cold, restoration and cold. We have been asked to return to do the upper exterior sides of the shed and other Tanglewood restoration projects in fall of 2005. Long Johns are on order.
